Pimple/Acne Mapping on your face

 What your pimples are trying to tell you? Is it some kind of secret or what? 

Well its nothing to worry about, however it might become a serious concern for you if its becoming worse. So lets start 
look out guys where you are getting your pimples/acne on you face, it could be a sign right, so the areas where they are breaking out are hints so that you could cure them. 

we will go from bottom of our face to top 

Chin

So its really okay girls to get some acne's or pimples on your chin as they indicate that you are having some hormonal changes in your body, as you might get acne on your chin when you are about to get your periods or say before your menstrual cycleHormonal imbalance can also be caused by lack of sleep, stress or wrong diet. consider eating fruits and healthy foods to regulate your hormones and so take plenty of sleep. Breakouts can also be due to imbalance in your digestive system as irregular bowel, bloating and so, to regulate digestion you can take supplements and so eat fruits. 

Cheeks

Breakouts on your cheeks are associated with respiratory system mainly.so if you are not getting proper clean air, which is very difficult to get are now a days, are the main reason you are having breakouts on your cheeks. if you are spending too much time at some polluted area such as between traffics can also cause breakout. You know there are so many bacteria's on our cell phone that we press against our skin can cause too, other main reason could be that you are applying your makeup too much or using wrong cosmetics for your skin. Try using products which go with your skin type, wash your face daily before when you go to sleep. change your pillow case in alternate days and so consider getting plants at your home so you could get help in getting little healthy and pure oxygen.

Nose

So breakouts on your nose can be basically can be linked to your heart, and so due to makeup as sebum get created on our nose and we have very tiny pores, thus the dust and sebum generation  clog our pores and introduce us to breakouts. Using wrong makeup products can also lead to breakouts and so frequently touching our nose with our fingers can increase breakouts chances and can clog pores due to oil and bacteria present on our fingers.To reduce breakout eat, nuts, flaxseeds and fish etc. 

Forehead 

So this one is related to imbalance in digestive systemnot getting enough of sleep, stress and poor hygiene,and also due to the reason that we use conditioners and wash our hair with warm water which can get to acne's and breakouts on your forehead so try washing your hair properly after shampoo and conditioners and at the end get a cold water splash on your body guys, it helps alot  and so start adding fruits as papaya to your meals, try getting 7 to 8 hour sleep, drink plenty of water to detoxify your body or can drink hot water with lemon too.
